Marvel announced at Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo this year that the next big chapter for the X-Men was coming out this July. House of X Powers of X is to be the next milestone of the X-Men.
Being compared to other seminal moments in X-Men history like GIANT-SIZE X-MEN, 1991’s X-MEN #1, AGE OF APOCALYPSE, and NEW X-MEN. This is meant to be a series you can not miss out on. The story is to be written by Johnathan Hickman(Fantastic Four, FF, and S.H.I.E.L.D.) and illustrated by Pepe Larraz(X-Men ’92) and R.B. Silva(X-Men Gold).
To be honest I am really excited to see more artwork from Pepe Larraz. X-Men ’92 is one of my favorite runs if only for the role Jubilee plays throughout the story.
There is no details on the plot but from what Marvel is saying we need to be reading this. Especially if we love the X-Men.
