This just in-according to THR who cites “sources,” actress Jenna Ortega (“Wednesday”) will NOT be returning for “Scream 7.” The report indicates this decision was made “months” ago, and not a result of fellow “Scream” actress Melissa Barrera being fired from the Spyglass franchise. Today’s news is that Dave Filoni, longtime writer, producer, and director has been promoted officially to the rank of Chief Creative Officer in the galaxy far, far away.
