Ryan Coogler’s “Sinners” has broken the Oscars record for the most nominations for a single film with 16. “One Battle After Another” nabbed 13, while “Frankenstein,” “Marty Supreme,” and “Sentimental Value” ended up with 9 each. “Wicked For Good” was actually completely shut out from the nominations, which seems to be a big surprise.
