This just in-it would appear Joseph Gordon-Levitt will be taking on an iconic tv personality role in an upcoming biopic. In many ways, Johnny Carson is still the ultimate in talkshow hosts, and his contribution to late night is incomparable. Gordon-Levitt will reportedly be playing Carson in “King of Late Night.” Written by “Deadwood” creator David Milch, the project will be directed by Jay Roach. “King of Late Night” is currently at the center of a bidding war from high profile studios and streamers. It would appear that HBO Max has renewed “Sex and the City” continuation series “And Just Like That.” We…struggled…to get through the 10 episode first season. So much of the magic that made the original a cultural phenomenon isn’t there. This isn’t the fault of the cast or the production, really. It’s more that as an audience, we’ve evolved. I will say that many of the subjects touched on are completely relevant in today’s climate. This just in-Christina Ricci has officially joined Netflix’s upcoming “Wednesday” series! Hailing from Tim Burton, this is a modern reimagining of Wednesday Addams, daughter of Mortitia and Gomez. Jenna Ortega will be playing the lead character.Netflix confirmed Ricci’s involvement earlier today. We don’t know who she’ll be playing yet, but we’re excited! We are less than 10 days from the premiere of Marvel Studios’ next live-action series, “Moon Knight.” A fairly popular enduring comics character, Moon Knight is one of those properties we never thought we’d see adapted. Another popular game property is getting the anime treatment from Netflix. The streaming giant just released the first look at “TEKKEN: Bloodline,” based on the popular “TEKKEN” franchise. If you need more Jack Black-voiced cartoons in your life, Netflix has some good news for you! The streaming giant has announced an animated series based on “Kung Fu Panda” is in the works. Black will return as Po. “Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight” will focus on a pair of weasels who travel the world in search of mystical weapons. GREAT SCOTT! This just in-It would appear the great Christopher Lloyd is headed to a galaxy far, far away. Lloyd will be joining “The Mandalorian” season 3, according to THR. Obviously, we don’t know who Lloyd will play yet. But he’ll be joining series star Pedro Pascal for the third season of the Disney+ series. We do know that “Obi Wan Kenobi,” starring Ewan McGregor, is due out on May 25th, 2022. Additional spinoff series “Ahsoka,” starring Rosario Dawson, will theoretically hit the streaming service in 2023. Likewise with “Andor,” the Diego Luna-starring prequel to “Rogue One: A Star Wars…
