We’re getting ever closer to the release of “Spider-Man: No Way Home.” The third Tom Holland-starring Sony Pictures/Marvel Studios film is due out later this month. Imagine if you will, someone who really loves “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.” Like, loves it so much, that he annually recreates Clark Griswold’s iconic light display. Jeff Norton of La Mirada, California is just such a man. This is the fourth year Norton has decorated, and the display is apparently causing problems. Okay, so…for better or worse, we’re never going to be fully free of “Tiger King.” After the initial documentary took the world by storm, Joe Exotic, Carole Baskin, and co. have become household names. Okay, so, this isn’t the most detailed nor long update, but Millennium Films’ upcoming “Red Sonja” reboot is still happening. And, more importantly, Hannah John-Kamen is still attached to star as the She-Devil with a Sword. There have plenty of times we were envious of Stephen Colbert. His friendship with such incredible filmmakers as Peter Jackson for instance. The ongoing fallout following the tragedy that occurred on the set of western film “Rust” is far from over. Alec Baldwin, producer and star of the film, as well as the literal smoking gun holder, is once again speaking out. In a new teaser for an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, Baldwin adamantly declares he “didn’t pull the trigger” of a gun, which was loaded with live ammunition, which struck and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, as well as injuring director Joel Souza.”Well, the trigger wasn’t pulled. We are delighted to share the news that the long-gestating television adaptation of Anne Rice’s “The Mayfair Witches” novels is happening! News broke this morning that AMC has officially lit the green light for the project. “Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches” will be written and produced by Esta Spalding (“Masters of Sex,” “On Becoming a God in Central Florida”) and Michelle Ashford (“Masters of Sex,” “The Pacific,” “John Adams”).
