When Oscar winner Guillermo del Toro announced he was FINALLY going to do his adaptation of Frankenstein, we were immediately interested. Knowing GdT’s love for the source material as well as the iconic imagery of artist Bernie Wrightson‘s take on the story, there’s no way this won’t be a visual and haunting spectacle.This morning, Netflix released a new, full-length trailer for the film. This just in- Disney-owned terrestrial television network ABC will allow “Jimmy Kimmel Live” to return as scheduled to the air on Tuesday, September 23rd. This decision comes after Kimmel’s show was pulled indefinitely last week. “Last Wednesday, we made the decision to suspend production on the show to avoid further inflaming a tense situation at an emotional moment for our country,” a spokesperson for the Walt Disney Company, which owns ABC, said in a statement to CNN. “It is a decision we made because we felt some of the comments were ill-timed and thus insensitive. ABC has pulled “Jimmy Kimmel Live” indefinitely due to Jimmy Kimmel’s commentary on the murder of Charlie Kirk. This just in- according to a report from the Wall Street Journal, newly merged media giant Paramount Skydance is preparing to make a bid to purchase struggling fellow giant Warner Bros. Discovery.The bid will reportedly be for the ENTIRE company, including all cable networks and movie studios, which would include HBO Max and theoretically DC Studios (which is under WBD).
