She eventually transitioned to online media, writing for such sites as UGO/IGN, ComicsOnline, Geek Magazine, Ace of Geeks, Aggressive Comix (where she is still Editor-in-Chief), Bleeding Cool (where she was News Editor), and now Nerdbot as Editor-In-Chief. Over the past 10 years, she’s built a reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always). Interviews, reviews, observations, breaking news, and objective reporting are the name of the game for the founder of Harkonnen Knife Fight, a Dune-themed band with an international presence. After what feels like forever, we have an official look at Eli Roth’s upcoming “Borderlands” movie. According to Randy Pitchford, head of Gearbox who makes the “Borderlands” video games, the trailer will drop tomorrow. This just in-Prime Video’s long rumored “Blade Runner” series just took one giant Replicant step forward. Jonatha Van Tulleken (“Misfits,” “Shogun”) will direct, taking over duties from Jeremy Podeswa, who was previously announced as helming the first two episodes. Production woes for the show have been ongoing, as filming start dates was pushed back from October of 2023 to April of 2024. This just in- multi-talented actress/singer/dancer/activist Vanessa Williams will lead the West End musical based on “The Devil Wears Prada.” Sir Elton John wrote the music for the new show with lyrics by Shaina Taub, and book by Kate Wetherhead.
