Netflix and A24’s anthology show “Beef” had an outstanding first season, winning eight of the thirteen Emmys it was nominated for. For season two, the companies are focusing on bringing more A-list talent to the series.  Emmy nominee Oscar Isaac (“Scenes From a Marriage”) and three-time Oscar Nominee Carey Mulligan (“Maestro”) are currently in negotiations to star in season 2. Hulu recently released Andrew McCarthy‘s documentary “Brats” about the performers behind the iconic Brat Pack movies of the 1980s.
