LEGO and Marvel Studios fans assemble! Marvel Studios has confirmed it will be doing another crossover with the toymaker for “LEGO Marvel Avengers: Code Red.”  With the announcement, Marvel also dropped the first poster for the new special. It consists of the classic Avengers logo built in LEGO, with pieces breaking away, as a nod to the teaser poster for “Avengers: Endgame.” There are no official details about the plot or cast for this project. Given this is the ninth special the two companies have done together since 2013, the odds of performers reprising their roles are high, but not…

Two bears made a daring daylight raid on a Krispy Kreme doughnut van making deliveries on an Alaskan military base. The pilfered vehicle was stopped outside a convenience store during its delivery route. The driver normally leaves his doors open at this stop, but this time, a mother bear and her cub decided to wander inside. According to Shelly Deano, store manager for Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson JMM Express, the pair only stayed about 20 minutes. But that was plenty of time for them to chow down on their ill-gotten donut holes and other assorted pastries. All while ignoring the people…

In honor of this momentous occasion, the company is going to be selling 10.5oz boxes for 60 cents.  Now, to be clear, these marshmallow-packed treats won’t be on store shelves for 60 cents. General Mills is offering rebates to those who submit their receipts for boxes purchased between September 12 through October 31. The company will then reimburse customers the difference, making it 60 cents. While it’s a bit more work, this is still one heck of a deal. This offer is also limited to one per customer…

CBS’ talk show “The Drew Barrymore Show” will return without writers despite to the ongoing Writers Guild of America (WGA) strike. This came as a bit of a shock considering the host took a very pro-union stance when the strike began in May. “Everything we celebrate and honor about movies and television is born out of their creation,” Barrymore said. NASA’s first experiment to produce oxygen on another planet is a success! A microwave-size device called MOXIE (Mars Oxygen In-Situ Resource Utilization Experiment) on the Perseverance rover has successfully created oxygen on the red planet. This experiment started out a little over two years ago when the rover landed on Mars. Since then MOXIE has produced 122 grams of oxygen, equal to what a small dog breathes in 10 hours. At one point MOXIE even turned out 12 grams of oxygen at 98% purity, in an hour. This is twice as much as NASA originally expected from the device. August…
