Arby’s- they have THE MEATS! They have more than that too, but ‘the meats’ is something they really wanted to emphasize in their commercials. Others would prefer to emphasize some of the other menu samplings, like say, their dessert menu. In particular the Arby’s signature treat- a shake that combines the tastes of Kona coffee, chocolate, and whip cream into what they have dubbed the Jamocha Shake. If you’re a fan of the frosty beverage but want to take that love affair even further, well, Arby’s has just the thing for you: the Jamocha Shake bath bomb. That’s right; in…

In the middle of Upstate New York, it is not an uncommon sight to see cars stopping because a gaggle of Canadian geese strolling across the road. Annoying as it is, at least they tend to move along pretty quick. And, if your vehicle moves slowly enough, they’ll scatter out of the way with no harm done to them. We’ve also discussed watching out for moose on the road in Canada. Oh, and to make sure they don’t lick your vehicle for the salt. But that’s North America. Now imagine you’re in Tanzania, and you have to deal with lions…

If you’ve ever asked yourself the question “How many ‘The Walking Dead’ shows and spin-offs do we REALLY need?” The answer to that query is apparently at least one more than previously thought. If you didn’t know, AMC’s first “The Walking Dead” spin-off, “Fear the Walking Dead” had a one-off special called “Dead in the Water” that premiered on AMC+ earlier this year. Proving once again that even though the franchise has grown stale, the network continues to let it shamble on like an inanimate corpse. That said, if you’re dead-set on watching it (pun fully intended), it is now…

Of the many paranormal things that people believe in, Bigfoot remains as one of the more interesting ones. Unlike aliens, Bigfoot is from Earth. Unlike ghosts or demons, the Sasquatch is a corporeal being that has nothing to do with the afterlife or another realm. In essence, Bigfoot is just a large man/monkey thing that no one has ever actually discovered real proof of. Because of how pervasive the belief in him is, a man from Missouri believes that an audio recording he captured is indeed Bigfoot. Before we go into this, let’s listen to the audio. A man known…

Imagine spending months wondering what that weird purring noise underneath your home is. Maybe it’s the plumbing, but then again, pipes don’t exactly purr, right. RIGHT? Maybe it’s the floorboards themselves? Again, not really a purring sound; that’s typically reserved for animals. But what kind of animal would purr so loudly that it would penetrate the floorboards of a home? The answer, apparently, is a family of bears. Near tip of South Lake Tahoe, an anonymous renter came to the conclusion in April 2022 that perhaps the weeks long noises they’d been hearing could be caused by a bear. As…

When company mergers happen, things are bound to change. We’ve made mention of this before, when it came to WarnerMedia merging with Discovery to become Warner Bros. Discovery. We reported on the complete shutdown of streaming platform CNN+ after less than a month because it ‘didn’t fit with the structure of the merged company going forward.’ But that axe is continuing to swing hard and fierce, as cable networks TBS and TNT are getting their original programming axed. New CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery David Zaslav has apparently promised to save the company $3 billion. Whether this is directly tied…

There are many things to remember LeVar Burton for given his extensive and astounding career. Whether it’s as Kunta Kinte in “Roots,” Geordi La Forge in “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” or more recently, his hosting”Jeopardy!.” For millions though, it’s the PBS classic series “Reading Rainbow.” This importance and notoriety has not gone unnoticed, as the 2022 Emmy Awards will be honoring Burton with a lifetime achievement award. Earlier this year, a major shake-up happened regarding Emmys categories. Essentially, there have been a number of changes to the Daytime Emmy Awards- namely which category children’s programming fell under. Due in…

At the start of April 2022, Bon Jovi began a tour that would extend through the entirety of the month and hit numerous states through the United States. As most everyone is aware, live concerts for many bands were on an indefinite hiatus due to COVID-19. But with a new year and hopefully reduced infection rates, bands have been hitting the road again. For Jon Bon Jovi and his titular band though, the return to live performance has been met with terrible reviews. Over the last two weeks, I’ve been reading all kinds of comments online about how Jon has…
