Brother Brings Llama Dressed in Tux to His Sister’s Wedding

When you send out the wedding invitations it’s kind of a big deal. And family is usually a given, while Riva Weinstock may be regretting inviting her brother. Well maybe not so much inviting him as giving him a plus one. Which he used for a llama. This picture is already going viral from the expression on her face.

Apparently it was a long running joke between the two that he would bring a llama to her wedding. But as all sibling jokes go you never really know if they’re kidding until they actually go through with it. Insider featured the story of the two and according to them Riva Weinstock is already plotting her revenge. Also can we just take a moment to applaud her choice in shoes, those look like very comfortable wedding chucks.

“My sister was talking about her wedding as if it were tomorrow when she wasn’t even dating anyone at the time. Just to make her mad and get a reaction, I told her if she makes me come to the wedding, I am bringing a llama with me. After a few minutes of arguing, she tried to use reverse psychology on me and said, ‘OK, the llama is invited to the wedding.'” Said Mendl Weinstock to Insider.

Ah, the old reverse psychology trick. Like when my parents would tell my little brother that if he didn’t stop jumping on their furniture they would jump on his. He was fine with it and still invites them to do so whenever they visit. Riva tried her best in the situation but hey, her brother definitely made things memorable. She will forever be known as the woman with a llama at her wedding.

“He has been torturing me with this, in good fun, and has been reminding me of this probably twice a week for the last five years,” Riva said. “I have tried striking so many deals, I have tried doing literally everything possible to make sure it didn’t happen, and lo and behold, there was a llama at my wedding.”

And just as you would think the prank would end there they set up inflatable llamas at the sweetheart table. If this bride doesn’t have a llama theme for her future children I will personally be very disappointed. In fact all presents should be llama themed from now on regardless of occasion.

Thank you Weinstock siblings for giving all of us with a prank vendetta something to live up to.
