VSF v Clean Factory, Who Makes the Best Superclones

In the past years, we have witnessed rapid growth in the market, buyer attention, high-end models, and key differences in the market of Superclone watches. Factory names are now catching buyers’ attention because some factories make quality products and others do not.

The VSF and Clean Factory are the names that come up in almost all discussions among all factories. Both of them offer up high-end models with great finishing, clone movements, sapphire crystals and grade 904L stainless steel here. But these do not have the same strengths.

VSF is often said to be better in movement quality while Clean takes the crown for exterior finishing (depending on what the collectors personally prefer, of course). By comparing these two factories before buying, you can determine the above strengths and weaknesses so you can determine the correct factory to buy.

Why VSF and Clean Factory Dominate the Superclone Market

VSF and Clean Factory are often the first names that pop up when people look for premium Superclone watches. They both only produce watches that are made to be as close to an authentic luxury model in appearance, weight, and functionality as possible.

There was a time not that long ago when VSF had developed quite the reputation for some very respectable clone movements, most notably those of Rolex and Omega. VSF movements offer smooth winding, long power reserves and consistent performance, which many collectors appreciate. Clean Factory earned its chops with great case finishing, crisp edges and some of the best ceramic bezels in the game.

Both factories offer luxurious quality, like sapphire crystal and 904L steel. They also spend a lot on research and development every year to make products better. That means, to many watch enthusiasts, these two factories represent the gold standard for modern superclones.

Why Watch Collectors Trust VSF Movements

Movement: This is the heart of any watch. Performance is what matters most; a crappy watch, even if it looks good, will always be just that–a lousy watch. This is where VSF has gained prominence.

    Why Collectors Trust VSF Movements

VSF are followed up with more high-end clone movements like the VS3235 and VS3135. They are known for being trusty workhorses, great sounding, with good power reserve and just overall decent movements. They are regarded by many collectors to be one of the nearest clone movements available today. For instance, reports on those enamoured by the VSF movements suggest that they remain consistent and faultless even after years of use.

    Key Advantages of VSF Movements

    ⦁ Strong power reserve

    ⦁ Smooth winding experience

    ⦁ Reliable timekeeping

⦁ High compatibility with Rolex-style designs

    ⦁ Proven long-term performance

    How Clean Factory Compares

For example, Clean Factory uses quality movements such as some in Dandong-based calibres for many different Rolex models. These movements produce good results, and they still become better each year.

VSF tends to have an edge in buyers who value long-term performance and mechanical accuracy. For those whose main concern is pure movement quality, VSF is still one of the best Superclone watches for sale today.

The Finishing Details That Make Clean Factory Popular

Although VSF typically takes the crown in movement talks, Clean Factory is known for its exterior and ability. This encompasses the case shape, bezel finishing, dial details and all-round bracelet stuff.

Clean Factory is known by many collectors as one of the makers of some of the sharpest Rolex-style bezels in the superclone market. The company spends a lot of time on ceramic tech with very deep engravings and extremely polished surfaces. Untouchable Finishing On Their GMT-Master And Daytona Models.

The VSF is also finished great, and I reckon most buyers would be pleased with the quality of. But some purists will say Clean Factory just barely edges out the best possible visual details when one compares them side by side. Clean Factory usually ranks highest with appearance buyers.

The Best Watch Choices from VSF and Clean Factory

Each watch has a different factory that dominates. This knowledge enables buyers to select smartly.

    Best Rolex Models from VSF

VSF has been regarded as one of the top factories for the Rolex Submariner watches. It has a great combination of quality movement, good crystal and decent finishing, which makes it fun for collectors. Regular enthusiasts also list VSF very high for:

    • Rolex Submariner — VS3235 Movement
    • Rolex Datejust — VS3235 Movement
    • Omega Seamaster — VS8800 Movement
    • Rolex Sea-Dweller — VS3235 Movement

Best Rolex Models from Clean Factory

The Rolex GMT-Master II and Daytona models perform especially well. The factory’s bezel quality and finishing of the case make these watches extremely collectible. When it comes to Clean, many collectors stick with that.

    • Rolex GMT-Master II — DD3285 Movement
    • Rolex Daytona — Dandong 4130 Movement
    • Rolex Explorer II — VR3285 Movement
    • Rolex Yacht-Master — VR3235 Movement

    Which Factory Should You Choose?

This means there is no winner all around. For instance, a buyer for Submariner might stick to VSF, while someone looking for a GMT-Master II or Daytona might opt for Clean Factory. The best factory to choose often varies according to the watch rather than the brand name itself.

Movement Comparison: VSF vs Clean Factory Popular Models

    Rolex Daytona 116500LNSA4130Dandong 4130 / SH4130Clean
    Rolex Sea-DwellerVS3235VR3235VSF

The biggest factor in choosing among these factories is the movement. VSF often uses their in-house VS3235 movement for the Submariner, Datejust, and Sea-Dweller models. These movements are widely appreciated for smooth winding, good reliability, and a great reserve.

Clean Factory does especially well with the GMT-Master II and Daytona models. The DD3285 movement used across many GMTs is regarded as one of the best GMT clone movements, if not the best. The Clean Factory Daytona models are also very well regarded for movement accuracy and performance.

A Closer Look at Construction and Durability

Both factories use quality materials to make an accurate luxury watch experience. It has a standard sapphire crystal, a solid stainless-steel case, and modern manufacturing techniques.

VSF offers a crystal-clear vision and a strong anti-reflective coating. This is why many collectors actually appreciate it positively about the way that VSF crystals provide improved dial visibility paired with a teardown look. High-grade steel is combined with careful attention to movement integration as well.

The Clean Factory highlights more about the released 904L steel and the advanced ceramic bezel. Its bezels are arguably some of the best you can find in the rep world. All in all, you feel the solid, refined essence of a Clean Factory watch with lots of polishing.

Making the Right Choice Between VSF and Clean

This leads to the ongoing debate between VSF and Clean Factory, as each factory is good at different things. The VSF is all about movement technology, brilliant crystals, and mechanical reliability. With excellent finishing, ceramic bezels and outer, they translated Clean Factory to their fullest capabilities.

For those wishing for a Submariner, Datejust, or an Omega model, we typically look first to VSF. If you are looking for a GMT-Master II or Daytona with great visual accuracy, Clean Factory may be the best choice. At the end of the day, which factory is best for you really just comes down to what model you want and what features are most important to you.
