    ‘Attack On Titan/Ouran High School Host Club’ Voice Actor Maeghan Albach Passes Away

    Voice Actress Maeghan Albach passed away at the age of 44 on January 22nd.

    Some of her most prominent credits include her work on Fullmetal Alchemist, Attack on Titan, Fairy Tail, Baka & Test, and Ouran High School Host Club. She was credited for “Additional Voices” for the above listed and worked most often with Funimation. They have yet to address her death publicly. There is also no cause of death at this time.

    The death was confirmed by WadeFuneralHome.net where they shared her obituary.

    “Maeghan was born in San Antonio, Texas, the youngest child of Evelyn (Albach) and Roy C. Brock, Sr. She is survived by brothers Roy C. Brock, Jr. (Terri) and James G. Brock, five nieces and nephews, four great nieces and nephews, her Aunt Margi and cousins Jane and Dan Dreeben Jr.

    Maeghan was a free-spirited, beautiful soul. She was well educated, well read, well mannered, articulate, highly intelligent, cultured, graceful, kind, friendly, fun and extremely talented. Her light and lovely presence was a breath of fresh air. Maeghan was a beautiful dancer, having studied ballet at Fort Worth Country Day School, Margot Dean School Of Dance, TCU and the esteemed Joffrey Ballet in Chicago.

    She was an amazing actress, studying at TCU and Four Day Weekend School of improvisation as well as with private classes with Dallas’ finest acting coaches. She also performed in numerous live theatrical productions in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, including Stage West. Once signed with Linda McAlister talent agency, Maeghan appeared in commercials, industrial videos, television shows and films, including a starring role in Fire From Below (2009) alongside actor Kevin Sorbo (God’s Not Dead 2014). Maeghan was best known for her voice work with Funimation Productions voicing characters in TV shows such as One Piece, Shin Chan, Attack On Titan, Full Metal Alchemist, to name only a few over a span of 13 years.

    Her interests and hobbies included: drawing, photography, horseback riding, swimming, hiking, biking and all things nature. She was an ardent supporter of visual and performing arts, both as talent and audience. She sparkled. She shined. Maeghan loved and was loved by many.”
