Marvel Studios star Chris Evans has given an interesting answer about what real-life situation he’s laser-focused on. The former “Captain America” could have said anything from learning to cook to meditation. He’s apparently actively looking for that special someone, and is ready for commitment.

“The answer would be that maybe, laser-focused on finding a partner, you know, someone that you want to live — look, I love what I do, it’s great, I pour all of myself into it, but — even this industry is full of pockets of doubt, hesitation, and recalibration,” Evans told Shondaland. “In terms of really trying to find something that you really pour all of yourself into, maybe it’s about trying to find someone that you’re looking to spend your life with. So maybe that.”

Chris Evans was rumored to be dating Jenny Slate in an on-again off-again relationship. They met while working on their 2006 drama, “Gifted.”

So now that has said that he’s looking expect thousands of people to start throwing their hat in the ring. Evans has a big heart and even learned how to sew to fix his dog’s favorite toy. That makes him a definite keeper in our books.

“The Gray Man,” which stars Evans and Ryan Gosling, is in select theaters now. It hits Netflix on July 22nd.

During our interview about The Gray Man, @ChrisEvans opened up about finding “someone to spend your life with.” Thank you Chris for sharing a very honest and thoughtful response.
