Hot patootie, bless our souls, we really love that rock and roll. On Friday, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum launched a Kickstarter Campaign to produce the first Rocky Horror Show bobbleheads. At the time of this writing, the campaign sits at $21,458, smashing its $15,000 goal!
Initially, the campaign was to make a set of 7 bobbleheads representing the core cast for the 1973 stage production. Including Rocky, Brad, Janet, Magenta, Riff Raff, and Columbia, with Dr Frank N. Furter as a Kickstarter exclusive for backers. The good Dr has already had a prototype bobblehead produced and approved by licensing. The other 6 figures currently have concept art approved, and prototypes will now be produced given that the campaign has succeeded.

Like many Kickstarters, there are stretch goals now too. The first to be unlocked was an 8th statue of Eddie. It’s unclear at this time if more stretch goals are planned.
“We’re excited to launch this Kickstarter campaign to produce the first Rocky Horror Show Bobbleheads celebrating the iconic characters that so many people have come to know and love,” says Phil Sklar, co-founder and CEO of the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum in a press release. “These bobbleheads are the perfect way for fans of ‘Rocky Horror‘ to show off their love for their favorite characters.”
Each bobblehead is priced at $30, with the ability to buy a full set for $200, but more if you wanted a lower-numbered set. For example, getting a set with a serial number between 26 and 100 will cost $300 instead.
