Netflix is full speed ahead for its upcoming Tudum event on May 31st. The streamer has already teased a big “One Piece” season 2 announcement. And they decided to double-down on it today in a new video.
The under two-minute clip shows the Straw Hat crew prepping for a sleepover. While Luffy (Inaki Godoy) and Nami (Emily Rudd) bicker over even having a sleepover, the rest of the gang files in. We see Zoro (Mackenyu), Usopp (Jacob Gibson), and Sanji (Taz Skylar) come in with snacks that Luffy comedeers.
The live-action “Special Announcement” video ends with white animated reindeer footprints on top of a black background. Teasing a possible announcement about Tony Tony Chopper coming into the series.
Netflix will spill the beans about “One Piece” and more at the Tudum event, which airs live on May 31st. Watch season one of the live-action series only on Netflix.
