“Succession” star Brian Cox is hosting Prime Video’s new adventure game show, “007: Road to a Million.” This series is essentially “The Amazing Race” meets the iconic James Bond movie franchise. A recently dropped teaser shows why we don’t envy the contestants.

Nine pairs of contestants will travel the world, with the goal of finding and answering ten questions posed by Cox. Cox will be acting as “The Controller,” a puppet master who leads the contestants on a wild goose chase as they tackle Bond-inspired challenges. These challenges include climbing a stories high construction crane and walking across the top of a moving train. You know, average things you’d expect an international spy to do.

Every correct question answered will earn contestants money, with the chance for them to take home £1 million ($1.2 million). “The only thing standing in their way, is me,” Cox says in the trailer. “007: Road to a Million” was shot in the Scottish Highlands, Chile’s Atacama Desert, Venice, and the Swiss Alps. This keeps Bond’s globe-trotting schtick going strong.

Now, we’re sure everyone has had at least ONE moment where they wished they were Agent 007. This new came show definitely gives a select few to experience the demand of being Bond. Granted some of us, myself included, wouldn’t mind taking on Cox’s role. What other chance would you have to act like a Bond villain?

All eight episodes will begin streaming on Prime Video on November 10th, 2023. Check out the teaser down below.
