Possible prognosticating animated series “The Simpsons” is bringing their Halloween special “Treehouse of Horror” back for another year. The Halloween specials have become a staple for Spooky Season since the the first episode in 1990. The 34th installment of will air this fall, when the series returns for it’s 35th season on Fox.

Miniature versions of the poster are available at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) while supplies last. It offers some hints about the episode. Marge taking on an army of NFTs sounds like it’ll be extremely hilarious. Some sort of virus infecting Springfield that turns everyone into versions of Homer, gives disturbing yet funny vibes. Even a possible take on the horror classic “Silences of the Lambs” sounds awesome.
Watching every episode of “Treehouse of Horror” is one of my favorite Halloween traditions. The way the writers have spoofed well known horror stories and movies into funny shorts is a delight. I can’t wait to get more confirmation about what this years stories will entail.
The first 33 seasons of “The Simpsons” is available to stream on Disney+. The 34th season is on Hulu, and will more than likely transfer to the other streamer once the new season ends. Season 35 is set to air on Fox, Sunday, October 1st at 8pm EST. There is no set date for the release of the new “Treehouse of Horror” yet.
