    Natasha Lyonne Series “Poker Face” Gets Season 2 Renewal

    We are very pleased to share the news that Rian Johnson‘s streaming series “Poker Face” has nabbed a season 2 renewal! Starring Natasha Lyonne (“Russian Doll,” “Orange is the New Black“) as Charlie Cale, the show is part “Columbo,” part “Murder, She Wrote,” and a whole lotta attitude.

    “It’s performed fantastic. We are over the moon,” chairman of entertainment content at NBCUniversal TV and streaming, Susan Rovner told THR. While Peacock doesn’t have the viewership of lets say an HBO Max or Netflix right now, Rovner said “Poker Face” is “punching above it’s weight” in terms of numbers.

    New episodes hit Peacock on Thursdays. The season 1 finale is scheduled to hit on March 9th.
