    What Are The Levels In Six Sigma Certification?

    Today a lot of certifications are coming up that can help the person to improve their skills at the workplace. One of the most popular ones is the Six sigma certification. All the professionals who earn sigma certification get the quality of improving operations undertaken in organizations. Today organizations might be facing a lot of issues in their working. Doing this certification will help the person analyse the shortcomings and according to do the best things. 

    There are different levels of six sigma certification. Let’s have a look at them.

    • White Belt: In this level of certification, the professionals undergo only one session which will state how to contribute services to the organization, etc. All the quality management and waste reduction concepts are clearly stated.
    • Yellow Belt: This level of certification goes beyond the fundamental concepts of the White belt. The professionals at the Yellow Belt level undergo training sessions of 1 or 2 days. The scope of this level is wider than the white one regarding concepts.
    • Green Belt: If the professional wants to be at the Green Belt level, there is a need to attend a full course. At this level, the professionals are exposed to a lot of Six sigma methods and concepts. For people from a project management background, a green belt is the most valuable thing for them. Once the person does it, they will get to know a lot of how to be very efficient at work.
    • Black Belt: Once the professionals complete the level of Green Belt, they can further enrol in the Black Belt. At this level, advanced training is given to all professionals. This will improve the potential of professions in providing services.
    • Master Black Belt: A professional who completes the Black Belt level can further go for Master Black Belt. The professionals who need to build strong leadership and problem-solving skills can achieve at this level.
    • Champion: This is the top level of Six Sigma Certification. All the professionals who do this Champion’s level just to remove the shortcomings that can come in the way of the company’s growth.
