The Avongers Team Member Roster Revealed

Truck Torrence, creator of the very memeable dumpster fire, is a Marvel Studios emoji artist. He recently took his own spin on some of our favorite heroes, Marvel’s Avengers, the Avongers! First launched in 2011, The Avongers have over 7 million followers on Twitter. And, were recently featured in an episode of Disney+’s newest MCU series, “She-Hulk.”

Someone on Twitter asked Torrence who other members of the Avongers would be. He responded, naming Thur, Hawkguy, Captain Fifty States, Holk, Iron Friend and the Black Scorpion.

I’m not sure what Holk can save because honestly the nipples and mustache are a bit distracting. But maybe that’s what he’s going for- 80s dad mowing the lawn shirtless look. Then there’s Thur, who’s here to dig up some trouble? Or maybe he’s just helping Holk landscape the city. Who knows! The potential is unlimited for off-brand and boring comics.

This reminds me of the Super Friends in “Dexter’s Laboratory” when they showed similar off-brand characters in mini episodes of the show. They were always funny and even more so if you knew as a kid who they were based off. It’s strange to think that kids these days would know the characters better then when I was a kid, because back then unfortunately not many of my school friends were into comics. Now at least kids have a frame of reference for them from the MCU.

If you love this shirt, keep an eye on Torrence’s site here.

New episodes of “She-Hulk” hit Disney+ on Thursdays.
