“Saw: The Experience” Escape Room is Coming in October

Based on the popular “Saw” horror franchise, an official themed escape room is coming this October. It promises the “twisted world of Jigsaw in a unique, multi-room escape experience.”

No official address has been given yet but location is a 5 minute walk from both Tower Hill and Fenchurch Street Station in London, England. This experience is produced by The Path Entertainment Group in Partnership with Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures, who produced the “Saw” films.

“‘Saw: The Experience’ will be an adrenaline-fuelled, theatrical experience bringing to life new twisted games in the world of the iconic horror film franchise,” one of the producers said. “Combining the thrill of escape rooms with nerve-jangling horror, players will to be pushed to their limits in this new participatory theatrical experience.”

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures to transform one of their most iconic film franchises, Saw, into the first official live immersive experience in the U.K.,” said CEO of The Path Entertainment Group, David Hutchinson. “This a new concept that pushes the boundaries and challenges audience expectations of immersive experiences. We hope to continue contributing to our high streets’ recovery by attracting people to the capital with a brand-new attraction; combining the best elements of escape rooms, gameplay, theatricality, and immersion.”

The website also explains there will be two unique paths for redemption; Jigsaw or Spiral, so participants will be making choices from the very beginning. The Saw: The Experience trailer gives away almost nothing as to what the experience will actually be. Most believe franchise staple Billy The Puppet will be making an appearance. Billy being the puppet that prolific serial killer Jigsaw uses to speak with his victims.

Tickets will cost £34.00 until November 8th, when they will go up to £39.00. All tickets must be pre booked, no walk up will be accepted. Get them here.
