    Marvel Studios’ “Blade” Reportedly Starts Filming in July

    This just in-

    it sounds like cameras are FINALLY gonna start rolling on Marvel Studios’ “Blade.” Starring two-time Oscar winner Mahershala Ali as the Daywalker, Bassam Tariq will direct from a script by Stacy Osei-Kuffour.

    According to FTIA (Film and Television Industry Alliance), filming kicks off in New Orleans July 4th. What a perfect city to host a vampire flick.

    We still really love the Wesley Snipes “Blade” films around here, which you can catch on Netflix. But, we’re also really looking forward to seeing what Ali does with the character.

    “Blade” currently has a release date of November 13th, 2023. This is likely to change, though, with filming not starting til next month. We’ll let you know what we hear about this and other news.
