Pillsbury Sugary Goodness Returns with Fan-Favorite Cookie Doughs

Let’s be honest for a minute; life is hard. We all have our own coping mechanisms for dealing with the curveballs the daily grind throws at us. For those of us with a sweet tooth, there is no denying the allure of cookie dough and freshly baked cookies. Now of course, all things should come in moderation so you should save that sweet indulgence for something special. There’s good news on that front- Pillsbury has you covered with the limited-time only return of two fan-favorite flavors.

Last year the confectionary company graced us with Dino Shape Cookie Dough and Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cookie Dough. These limited runs were popular enough to bring back this year and are on store-shelves now for a suggested retail price of two for $6.00. Better yet, if you’re the kind of person who just can’t resist the temptation of eating raw cookie dough, (no judgment here, we have indulged ourselves…repeatedly) both of these batches are safe to eat without cooking them.

The Dino Shape Cookie Dough is pre-cut into 10 cookies which, as the name implies, are shaped like dinosaurs. Even though they’re sugar cookie flavored, anyone with a sense of imagination will tell you that dinosaur shaped food just tastes better. That’s why dinosaur chicken nuggets are so amazing! They defy science, and in that the shape somehow magically taste superior. We’d say that would make these cookies perfect for kids, but let’s face it; they’re perfect for adults too.

The Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cookie Dough has something special unto itself though thanks to the magic of cinnadust (get some here). These cookies are not just cinnamon toast crunch in name; they incorporate the cinnamon flavor of the beloved cereal into the sugar cookie Pillsbury recipe. One package will net you 12 big cookies which we challenge not to eat all of them in one sitting. It’s sorely tempting… though that earlier statement about moderation being a healthy thing comes back to mind. You know what? Just use your own discretion.

Both of these flavors are only available for a limited-time, so rampage like a dinosaur with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch craving, down to the supermarket and get baking! Or just eating it raw! You’re a rampaging dinosaur remember? Who has time for cooking?!
