    HBO Max “Friends” Reunion Special Gets Teaser, Release Date

    If you’ve been waiting for that “Friends” reunion, we’ve got some good news for you! To mark the 1 year anniversary of HBO Max, the reunion special will air on May 27th 2021.



    Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer come together at Stage 24, home of the sitcom’s original set on Warner Bros. Pictures Burbank, CA studios. Reports varied, but it appears each original cast member nabbed around $2.5 million for this reunion special.

    Confirmed guest stars include David Beckham, Justin Bieber, BTS, James Corden, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Lady Gaga, Elliott Gould, Kit Harington, Larry Hankin, Mindy Kaling, Thomas Lennon, Christina Pickles, Tom Selleck, James Michael Tyler, Maggie Wheeler, Reese Witherspoon, and Malala Yousafzai. What, no Jean Claude Van Damme?

    “Friends” originally premiered on September 22, 1994 on NBC, and ran for an impressive 10 seasons, eventually ending on May 6th, 2004.
