Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is on Track to Getting a Very Likely Sequel

Since its release on November 15, 2019, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order quickly rose to become one of the most popular video games of 2019.  Available to play on Windows, PS4, and Xbox One, it gained over 10 million individual users in just a few months.  This information was announced by Electronic Arts, publisher of the game, in a conference call that discussed their financial status at the end of the year.  The developer of the game is Respawn Entertainment, which is responsible for other video games such as the Titan Fall series and Apex Legends.

Players who have battled their way through to the end of the journey know that Cal Kestis remains alive despite the beliefs that he would die off during the game.  However, there was reason to believe that he wouldn’t make it, as the game takes place after Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and before Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, a time where there are not many Jedi left.

There are bound to be a lot more adventures ahead for Cal Kestis.  And with Darth Vader now on his trail, the young Jedi Knight will have to keep his eyes peeled for more challenges coming his way.

Unfortunately, it’s not certain what the possible sequel may introduce, but if it’s anything like the first installment, fans will be sure to love it.

To be honest, I didn’t think much of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order until I started playing it.  My mind was completely changed.  I got so engrossed in the game that I ended up completing the journey within 4 days.  And to hear that a sequel is very likely to arrive is very exciting.

    Game Update

In honor of “Star Wars Day” or “May the Fourth be with you,” EA announced a free update available for Fallen Order.

With the update, new challenges, cosmetics, and meditation training were added.

I think the coolest part about the update is that the players are able to switch to Inquisitor Cal. They will be able to embrace the dark side with a dark outfit and an iconic red lightsaber.

Have you played Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order?  What do you want to see in a possible sequel?  Let us know in the comments!
