Scheduled to premier in May, ‘Swamp Thing’ finds itself shutting down production early.
What was going to be a 13 episode is now halting at 10.
Cast and crew were notified on Tuesday night according to sources like WECT. The unnamed sources expressed that they were shocked, revealing that this was quite an unexpected turn of events; many thinking the show would continue on for a few seasons.
Wilmington Star News reveals that a new ending is being written for the series as the show will halt with the episode.

Does this possibly mean some trouble with the new DC streaming service plans? No one truly knows what this halt currently means. But we do know for certainty, ‘Swamp Thing’ is currently bogged down.
