Star Wars Resistance Trailer Released

We finally have a look at what the new Star Wars Resistance series will look like. Disney has released it’s first trailer of the show that is to be directly tied to the current trilogy.

This will be the first animated series that has such a tie in to the original movies. The Resistance is the movement that became of the Rebellion after Return of the Jedi, happening after Empire crumbled and gave way to the First Order.

Star Wars Resistance is an exciting new animated adventure series about Kazuda Xiono, a young pilot recruited by the Resistance and tasked with a top-secret mission to spy on the growing threat of the First Order. It will premiere this fall on Disney Channel in the U.S. and, thereafter, on Disney XD and around the world.
