Short video juggernaut TikTok will be partnering with the Internet Movie Database (IMDb) to better target film and tv-related content. The social media platform will license data from IMDb to power a new feature that makes it easier to search media-related content and see more information about it. Apple TV+ has released a trailer for season 2 of its epic sci-fi series, “Foundation.” Loosely based on Isaac Asimov’s book series of the same name, both tell the story of a group of renegades who challenge the the Galactic Empire. Actor Bryan Cranston is reprising his role as Walter White from AMC’s “Breaking Bad.” Before you get too excited about this, it’s only for a PopCorners’ Super Bowl ad. Snack makers Frito-Lay teased the spot back in December, by posting a silhouette of Walter White in his Heisenberg get-up. Horror hounds have finally gotten the long-anticipated full trailer for “Evil Dead Rise.” This will be the fifth film in the Sam Raimi-created “Evil Dead” universe. It is written and directed by Lee Cronin (“The Hole in the Ground”) with Robert G. Tapert producing. Tapert has produced on all of the previous “Evil Dead” installments.
