In 2022, Paramount Pictures announced a horror western film with the delightfully punny title, “Organ Trail.” The film centers around Abigale Archer, who is alone in a merciless Montana winter in 1870. With “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” recently hitting theaters, actor John Leguizamo is once again voicing his disapproval of the new film. Leguizamo portrayed Luigi along with Bob Hoskins as Mario in the 1993 live-action adaptation of the popular video game. HBO Max’s “It” prequel series “Welcome To Derry” has apparently found its main cast. The series is led by filmmakers Andy and Barbara Muschietti, who created the most recent addition to the “It” franchise, along with Jason Fuchs, who worked with them previously as a co-producer on “It Chapter Two.” Taylour Paige (“Zola”), Jovan Adepo (“Babylon”), Chris Chalk (“Perry Mason”), and James Remar (“Oppenheimer”) have reportedly been cast. Director Todd Phillips finished shooting “Joker: Folie à Deux,” the much-anticipated sequel to his 2019 film “Joker.” In celebration, he posted an announcement accompanied by photos of Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga in character. A Dairy Queen in Phoenix, Arizona had a sculpture of a large red spoon stolen on March 25th. Since this is the only location in the state with an oversized version of the chain’s signature red plastic spoons, it is a popular spot for Instagram photos. Once word got out about its theft, locals and internet sleuths alike were on a hunt to get it back. Over the weekend, Phoenix police released surveillance footage of the theft. Filmmaker Eli Roth’s long-awaited turkey day-themed horror movie “Thanksgiving” is finally coming to fruition!
