Hi, I’m Amy. I like long walks in the graveyard, horror movies, comic books, and bringing you the latest in nerd-centric news.

Over a year ago Full Moon announced they would be partnering with October Games to create a video game for their classic “Puppet Master” series. Lead designer Drake Kazmierczak says this project started out as a fan game around 10 years ago. So it has certainly been a journey to painstakingly develop this free-to-play game. The “Puppet Master” films focus on a group of murderous puppets created around World War 2 by Andre Toulon. Each has their own special ability and with over 12 films in the franchise, their motives for murder have been known to change. Sometimes they are…

Former president Donald Trump vaguely teased major news this week. But, he already announced he would be running for president, again, last month. What could be more major than that? The answer: is first set of NFT trading cards, with his face (poorly) edited onto other bodies. Specifically, bodies of people doing jobs he has never done. For example, one shows him as an astronaut and in another, he is a sheriff. But possibly the oddest one is him as a superhero standing in front of Trump Tower. Complete with a heroic Superman-style shit rip showing a 6 pack and…

Have you ever held a Froot Loop in your hand and thought “What is this? A cereal for ants?! It needs to be at least… three times bigger than this!” If so, Brooklyn-based art collective MSCHF has you coved with their (un)necessarily large Froot Loop.  To give a rough idea of how big this thing is let’s compare it to a normal bowl of the cereal. According to the nutrition information, a single serving of Kellogg’s Froot Loops is 1 3/4 cups (39 grams) and 150 calories. Whereas MSCHF’s The Big Fruit Loop Weighs a half pound (226.796 grams) and…

Director Shawn Levy confirmed several exciting things about the long-awaited “Deadpool 3.” This will be a huge addition to not only the “Deadpool” films but to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as a whole. It has already been confirmed Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) will be paired with X-Men fan favorite Wolverine (Hugh Jackman). This will mark Deadpool’s first Marvel Studios outing, and will hopefully start a more cohesive blending of properties. [We don’t talk about “X-Men Origins: Wolverine”] But this has caused fans to worry. Deadpool’s over-the-top sense of humor and violence may get toned down since he is playing in a…

HBO giveth and HBO taketh away. Despite HBO Max renewing the show “Minx” for season 2 back in May, the cabler has now decided the cancel it. Apparently right as they were wrapping production on the season. This is just the latest in a wave of cost-cutting measures due to the Warner Bros. Discovery merger.  Part of the deal with Discovery buying WarnerMedia was that CEO David Zaslav promised shareholders they could find $3.5 billion in savings within the newly combined company. This has led to a wave of drastic, and often perplexing budget cuts. This deal has already cost…
