The Tina Fey & Amy Poehler: Restless Leg Tour will hit four U.S. cities this spring, with tickets going on sale this week. Nettie’s House of Spaghetti in Tinton Falls, New Jersey will no longer allow children under 10 in the dining room. When Nettie’s posted the statement, it left some cheering while others are sharpening their pitchforks. “We love kids. We really, truly, do,” Nettie’s says. RLJE Films and horror streaming service Shudder have blessed us with a trailer for their “Children of The Corn” remake. Workers at Medieval Times in Buena Park, California walked out before their second performance. This particular location’s cast voted to unionize in November of 2022, joining the American Guild of Variety Artists. On February 11th, almost half the workers in their bargaining unit walked out on the show. “We’ll be out picketing basically every day for the foreseeable future until we can make some kind of meaningful progress with the company,” says Erin Zapcic, lead organizer of Medieval Times Performers United, said. Well, 2023 may just be the year of movies about animals on drugs. Elizabeth Banks, director and star of the upcoming film “Cocaine Bear” is apparently open to maybe making a sequel, “Cocaine Shark.” The phrase “cocaine shark” started trending earlier this month. This was due to a wave of memes linking the New Zealand Police seizing 3.5 tons of the illicit substance from the Pacific Ocean to Bank’s new horror comedy. Amazon Prime released a very creepy teaser trailer for their upcoming series “Swarm.” The show is co-created by Donald Glover and Janine Nabers who previously teamed up on the series “Atlanta.” “Swarm” stars Dominique Fishback as Dre, a young woman whose obsession with a Beyoncé-esque pop star takes a dark turn. The Mattel Company is bringing back everyone’s favorite [or most hated] purple dinosaur, Barney. The company will be relaunching the children’s franchise through a new television show aimed at the preschoolers. This time, the positivity-spreading dinosaur will be animated instead of someone in a costume. The relaunch may also include films and YouTube content, which may be more accessible to the younger set now. Jason Derulo headlined the TikTok Tailgate, a pre-Super Bowl show, alongside The Black Keys. His performance is raising some serious questions that no one expected to ask today. Earlier this year, Ben Affleck and his wife, singer/actress Jennifer Lopez, were spotted at a Dunkin’ Donuts in Medford, Massachusetts. This didn’t seem odd really.
