Rumors sparked when Keanu Reeves and Alexandra Grant were seen holding hands at the LACMA Art + Film event in LA. They looked very happy as they beamed at each other and held hands. This will be Keanu’s first public relationship in decades. Though he has been attached to other actresses nothing really stuck and it could be due to him having gone through so much at age 37.
If you don’t remember It was in 2001 when his girlfriend Jennifer Syme passed away at the age of 28 from a car crash in Hollywood. Just a few years after the couple had a child that was stillborn in 1999(named Ava). He has had a really rough time but that has made him appreciate what life has given him even more. And what life has given him is Alexandra Grant.
Alexandra Grant is an artist age 46. Grant has shown her work in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles and the Contemporary Museum in Baltimore. The two have known each other for 10 years and have worked on two books together. “Ode to Happiness” and “Shadows”. If you remember “Shadows” was a book of silhouette photos of Keanu that were taken by Grant. She was quoted at the time saying, “No one can move the way he can. He’s a really extreme performer. That’s a huge piece of why those images are so interesting. I knew that if I moved the camera as we danced together, as photographer and subject, we could create these wonderful optical illusions.”
It makes us so happy to see that he has found love. And it’s nice that he’s not the type of person that us fans will be upset about him finding someone. How could you wish anything bad on this man? We are so glad he’s found happiness. We hope that they have a long and lasting relationship.
