AFNB Pictures’ latest web series In the Final Hour will premiere at 7 PM (ET) tonight. The series is written/directed/edited by Eric Prestley (A Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing), who also stars.
In the Final Hour follows the outbreak of a deadly virus that transforms its victims into rabid zombie-like killers. The story is told through social media, found footage, and audio narration, all told from the perspectives of those who made them. Making this series an effort in collaborative fiction as well.
The project uses this horrific end of civilization as we know it as a backdrop for society’s obsession with social media and how it could very well lead to our downfall. At least if we are ever forced to face another pandemic…
