    Spring marks the ideal time for exterior maintenance after winter weather. Inspect roofing for damaged or missing shingles, checking flashing around chimneys and vents. Clean gutters and downspouts thoroughly, ensuring proper water flow away from foundations. Examine exterior siding for cracks, warping, or moisture damage requiring attention.

    Test outdoor faucets and irrigation systems, repairing any winter damage before summer watering needs begin. For properties with fencing, spring offers perfect conditions for fence repair, addressing winter damage before it worsens.

    Inspect foundations for cracks, ensuring proper grading directs water away from structures. Service air conditioning systems before summer heat arrives, replacing filters and checking refrigerant levels.
