This are maybe the most BEAUTIFUL seasonal Barbies from Mattel in years. We look forward to seeing what the company has in store each holiday, and this year’s Dia de Muertos dolls are the best to date. Not only is there a Barbie, there is also a Ken.

2025’s dolls were designed by Ari Sarinana.

    Barbie

The Barbie Día De Muertos collection honors the festive holiday through a curated exploration of fashion that highlights the culture, rituals, and symbols often used during this day of remembrance. Barbie doll’s gown is inspired by the cempasúchil, or marigold flower, that is traditionally used in Mexican culture to adorn the altars and graves of loved ones. Signifying a warm welcome to both the living and the deceased, these flowers bloom across the dress’s bodice and hem, as well as the crown that frames the doll’s striking calavera face paint. Her ruffled cream gown is trimmed in bright ribbon and scalloped gold lace. Sheer blouson sleeves are a delicate contrast to chunky drop earrings and stacked necklaces. This Barbie doll is more posable than Día De Muertos collectibles from holidays past. With the added articulation, she can strike a wider range of poses to make for extra stunning displays! The 2025 Barbie Día De Muertos doll comes in vibrant marigold packaging that is perfect for display andgifting. May she bring joy to your household as you celebrate memories of loved ones!

You can order her on Amazon now.

    KEN

The Barbie Día De Muertos collection honors the festive holiday through a curated exploration of fashion that highlights the culture, rituals, and symbols often used during this day of remembrance. Ken doll’s suit is inspired by the cempasúchil, or marigold flower, that is traditionally used in Mexican culture to adorn the altars and graves of loved ones. Signifying a warm welcome to both the living and the deceased, these flowers sprawl in metallic gold trim down his vest and trouser legs. Bright marigolds bloom at his shirt cuffs, too. His look is accented by a cream-colored shirt, sleek ribbon tie, and sombrero. As is customary, his face is painted with a unique calavera design, and he has skeleton bones painted on his hands. This Ken doll is more posable than Día De Muertos collectibles from holidays past. With the added articulation, he can strike a wider range of poses to make for extra eye-catching displays! The 2025 Día De Muertos Ken doll comes in vibrant marigold packaging that is perfect for display and gifting. May he bring joy to your household as you celebrate memories of loved ones!

You can get Ken on Amazon here.

2024’s Barbie is also still available

Barbie continues its Día De Muertos series in 2024 with a lovingly designed doll. Her festive fashion is infused with references to the traditions, symbols, and rituals of this time-honored holiday. Barbie doll’s satiny black dress is accented by a sky-blue ruffled bodice and rose-pink ribbon belt. Vibrant “embroidery” of bones, flowers, and sugar skulls bloom across the top and skirt. Her headpiece is made of gathered fabric and mimics the shape of marigold petals. Its rich orange hue beautifully complements the shimmering lilac color in her traditional calavera face paint. Sugar skull corazón earrings, a chunky candy-colored necklace, and a pink flower ring add an extra dash of sweetness to her holiday look. The 2024 Barbie Día De Muertos doll comes in gorgeously illustrated packaging that is perfect for display and gifting. May she bring joy to your household as you celebrate the memories of loved ones!
