Eli & Elm: Most Comfortable Bedding I’ve Ever Slept In

I suppose I should start this out by saying that I suffer from chronic insomnia. For me sleep does not come easy unless the atmosphere is just right. Noise machines, a fan and the air conditioning all have to be on. Not to mention I need bedding that doesn’t catch and stays cool. So when Eli & Elm offered me a new pillow and weighted comforter I was eager to try them out. What happened was honestly a miracle because I’ve had the best sleep of my life this past week and I’m here to tell you what contributed to that.

Unique Pillow Shape for Side Sleepers

    Eli & Elm

The pillow is amazing and stays cool which is a must for me. I sleep hot and can’t stand sweating in my bed. I also need to have something to cuddle with so the unique shape where it tapers down on each side allows me something to grab onto. It also cradles your back so you feel support there as well.

The Eli & Elm pillow is specially designed to support side sleepers while conforming to the precise contours of the head and neck. It was perfect for me out of the box but it also has the capability to be unstuffed so that you can find a comfort level that suits you. You can make it firmer by adding polyester filling or softer by taking some out.

This is the only pillow I use now and it’s so easy to fall asleep on. You can check out Eli & Elm’s product page for it by clicking here.

    The Most Comfortable Weighted Comforter

    Eli & Elm

As someone who runs hot you might think that I’d opt not to use a weighted comforter. That was the case at first until I tried this. Eli & Elm’s weighted comforter has thousands of micro glass beads are evenly distributed throughout the comforter to achieve the right amount of weight for a calming and relaxing nights sleep. The weight is just enough to lull you to sleep. I can’t explain why it works but it’s just so comfortable to have the extra weight on you. Like when I was a kid and would sit on the couch but put a pillow on my head because it was comfortable. It’s weird but it just works.

If you do end up getting hot it’s also nice to have off of you but cradling your back where it feels like your being held. The blanket is encased in a quilted 300 thread count, 100% cotton sateen fabric so it’s nice to use on its own. However it also has loops where you can attach a duvet if it’s not quite your style to have an all white comforter. It may be best to put a duvet on if you have kids or are worried about staining it. It’s also spot clean and dry clean only.

You can check out Eli & Elm’s product listing here. No, we don’t get any kind of kickback or commission for this.
