Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse Script is Now Online & Free to Read

If you still haven’t seen Spider-Man into the Spider-Verse then Sony just made your life a little easier.

Sony has released the script online for your reading pleasure. Written by Phil Lord and Rodney Rothman the entire thing is available without anything being cut. You get descriptive jokes, scene changes, tonal direction, you get everything!

I still haven’t seen the movie but it’s not because I haven’t wanted to. It’s more of a time and money issue on this end. I was able to read some of the script and it honestly only made me want to see the movie more.

That could very well be Sony’s plan for releasing the script. To get those who haven’t seen it interested enough to go out and drop some cash for tickets. Which is actually very smart, I don’t know of any other company who has used this tactic before. It seems like a new marketing strategy and a good one at that.

You can check out the script here.

Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse started playing in theaters December 14th. Since it’s release it has made over $213 million worldwide on a $90 million budget so it has done exceptionally well. Rotten tomatoes gives it a 97% fresh score with an audience score of 94%. If all of this doesn’t convince you to go see it I don’t know what will.

Is the script convincing enough for you to go see it? Have you seen it already? Tell us in the comments!
