The “Five Nights at Freddy’s” film from Blumhouse has started moving forward. The production announced two names that have been added to the cast, Matthew Lillard (“Scream,”) and Josh Hutcherson (“The Hunger Games”). Their roles have not been disclosed yet.

    “Five Nights at Freddy’s”

Cameras start rolling in February 2023 in New Orleans. The game “Five Nights at Freddy’s” is a horror title where a security guard has to keep watch of a Chuck E Cheese-type franchise called Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. Freddy and his crew are all animatronic characters that sing and perform for birthday parties. At night, they come alive.

We suspect Lillard and Hutcherson could be playing security guards due to the context of the story. Emma Tammi is directing. Jim Henson‘s Creature Shop is handling the puppetry and animatronics.
