We Know What’s in Disney’s $5K Kaiburr Crystal Star Wars Cocktail!

We’ve all been wondering what the heck is in a $5,000 cocktail aboard the Disney Wish Cruise. The Star Wars Hyperspace Lounge has an adult beverage called the Kaiburr Crystal. No one had any idea what was actually in it, even after a now viral video showcased it being presented and drank. But avid Disney goer and blogger Arthur Levine got the scoop!

According to Levine, he spoke with a bartender in the lounge, and was able to get details on the mystery drink.

“According to a bartender in the lounge, the galactic beverage is primarily made with Camus cognac. It also includes the Japanese citrus fruit, yuzu, as well as kumquat. Apparently, ritzy cocktails can never have enough cognac, because the Kaiburr Crystal also features Grand Marnier Quintessence, which is considerably pricier than Camus cognac. Speaking of pricey, the bartenders add shots of ultra-expensive Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve 23 Year bourbon and Taylor’s Fladgate Kingsman Edition Very Old Tawny Port.“

Not only do guests get really expensive liquor, they also get to keep the silver-plated serving glasses. Guests do NOT get to keep the Camtono container which is a pretty big bummer. [You can however find them at the Disney parks, and the item’s original purpose- an ice cream maker.]

If you order the Kaiburr Crystal, you also get amenities delivered to your stateroom, including flowers and personalized sparkling wine from none other than Skywalker Vineyards. [That’s the winery George Lucas owns, which uses grapes from vineyards at Skywalker Ranch.] The $5,000 price tag also includes a visit to the actual vineyard at Skywalker Ranch in Marin County, California. Tours aren’t available to the public so if you ever wanted to go see them, this is literally your ticket.

As we suspected, the price tag goes beyond just the Kaiburr Crystal, which is fantastic for fans willing to spend that kind of dough. The Disney Wish will set out on its maiden voyage on July 14th, and is currently already booked solid for the rest of the month.
