    “Madame Web” Nets Emma Roberts in Mysterious Role

    Sony Pictures upcoming Spider-Man adjacent film “Madame Web” just added Emma Roberts to the cast. We don’t know who the “American Horror Story” star will be playing yet.

    Roberts joins already announced Celeste O’Connor, Isabela Merced, Tahar Rahim, “Euphoria” star Sydney Sweeney, as well as Dakota Johnson, who will be playing the title character.  S.J. Clarkson will direct, from a script by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless.

    Early reports have “Madame Web” looking at a July 7th, 2023 release date. We’ll let you know what we hear about this and other news.
