Kevin’s Famous Chili Recipe from “The Office” in Peacock’s Terms of Use

It’s hard to forget that moment when Kevin (Brian Baumgartner) from “The Office” quite literally spills the beans. It’s one of the saddest moments I can remember from the show. Right next to when Jim (John Krasinski) and Pam (Jenna Fischer) had their first real fight.

Kevin was always played as a big loveable idiot and to see something he worked so hard for ruined was really upsetting. Even though his dish was ruined for that episode, we can now recreate his famous chili. How you ask? By simply taking notes from NBC streaming service Peacock’s Terms of Use.

Getting people to read the terms and conditions for anything is hard for any company to do. When you get a new service or toy you don’t want to read all that you want to use or play with the thing! So typically we’ll scroll through to just hit the “Next” prompt. But by putting this delicious Easter Egg in theirs, Peacock has officially done what no other company has gotten me to do. Scroll through and pay attention.

It was first brought to our attention by Mckenzie Floyd when featured in a now viral video.

Is it because no one ever reads these?? 😂 @Peacock TV

One commenter said Peacock didn’t want us to forget that they are the sole host of “The Office” after it being taken off of Netflix. And they could be right, all I know is I’ll be paying a little more attention to things like these in the future.

Not to protect myself legally, but to see if they’ve left any wonderful gifts such as this recipe.
