Vans shoes have announced their latest collaboration in designing unique and eye catching footwear. Just in time for Halloween, the Vans x Horror collection will take inspiration from some of the most well known horror films of all time, and promises to create a stylish and iconic collection of footwear.

The announcement was made over the brands social media, with a video giving us a glimpse of what the new shoes will look like.

Iconic is definitely the word, from the unmistakable red and green stripes of Freddy Krueger’s sweater, to the eerie image of Pennywise’s single red balloon, these are classic horror staples.

The video confirms that the collab will contain at least 4 well-known horror properties, “Nightmare on Elm Street,” “Friday the 13th,” “IT,” and “The Shining.” We think that the standout pair certainly seems to be the distinctively gruesome looking “Nightmare on Elm Street” hi-tops, but the stark yellow original poster design and awesome ‘Redrum’ scrawl in the midsole of the “The Shining” sneakers also create a super unique look.

No prices for the collection has yet been disclosed, but the Vans x Horror collab is set to drop in October, with more information to come from Vans soon!
