Everthine is presenting the European debut of A1, a dedicated desktop device that renders an interactive 3D AI character on a curved OLED screen. The company is showcasing the product live at IFA 2026 in Berlin from September 4 through September 8.
The exhibition marks Everthine’s largest public display of A1 before its planned 2026 launch. The product grew from the hardware work first shown as Lepro Ami at CES 2026. Everthine now operates as a standalone brand focused on AI software and hardware, while Lepro has returned its attention to smart lighting.
What A1 can do
A1’s 8.01-inch curved OLED display gives its character a visible place on a desk. Real-time rendering supports facial expressions, gestures and touch reactions, and users can rotate the character to see it from multiple angles. A 10W speaker handles voice output.
The device also includes a six-microphone array with source localization, front and rear cameras, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Everthine says input from its sensors helps the character respond to the room and the person in front of it. The long-term memory system carries details across sessions, including people, past conversations and images of familiar faces or pets.
Personality is designed to develop gradually through repeated interaction. At launch, the character may greet a user first when a conversation begins. Deeper proactive check-ins, expanded character creation, additional scenes and outfits, scenario modes and mini-games remain on the software roadmap.
Privacy controls include a physical camera shutter and a hardware microphone switch. Everthine says it protects conversations with end-to-end encryption during transit and storage. The company does not use conversation data to train its AI models. Users also maintain control over their information and can delete stored memories, characters, and account data.
The company is also developing an iOS and Android app that supports text, voice and video interaction. Linked accounts can carry the same character across devices. Everthine plans separate software and hardware releases within 2026, with the software arriving first. Final pricing and launch timing remain pending.
Everthine supports English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese, with the same core interaction modes available across each language. The experience is designed specifically for adults aged 18 and older, reflecting the platform’s intended audience and the types of interactions it provides. The interface will identify AI-generated content, and the product will provide emergency service information when it detects a dangerous or crisis-related situation.
