Rather than operating a single traditional factory, the company worked closely with specialized manufacturing partners and production lines overseas to optimize product cost, engineering efficiency, scalability, and speed to market.

The company says the operation is intentionally designed as a controlled manufacturing system rather than a traditional woodworking shop.
