We have some great news for all the Tom Clancy fans out there. The animated series “Splinter Cell: Deathwatch,” based on Clancy’s video game and novel tie-in franchise “Splinter Cell,” will hit Netflix in October! The streamer also put out a new teaser trailer with some extra cool voice cast reveals.

The teaser has the new, but visibly older Sam Fisher (Liev Schreiber) back in action on a mission he describes as “personal.” This will be the first ever adaptation of “Splinter Cell,” which centers around legendary agent Fisher who is drawn back into the field when a wounded young operative seeks his help.
Schreiber will be co-starring alongside Kirby Howell-Baptiste. Derek Kolstad (“John Wick”) is head writer and executive producer on the show, with Guillame Dousse and Félicien Colmet-Daage directing.
“Splinter Cell: Deathwatch” is produced by video game developer Ubisoft, in partnership with the animation studios Sun Creature and Fost.
“Splinter Cell: Deathwatch” hits Netflix on October 14, 2025. You can check out the teaser trailer below:
