Due to the nature of this AirBnB listing, there will be unavoidable spoilers for the movie “Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice.” So, read on at your own peril. Artist Delia Deetz (Catherine O’Hara) is ready to get into the real estate game! She has listed her iconic mansion on AirBnB. She will even throw in an art class from the great beyond.

The House
“I hereby invite to my home any artistic soul that wishes to make the pilgrimage,” the listing, which was apparently written by Deetz, reads. “Although shrouded in black to mourn Charles’ passing, the interior is unparalleled, curated by none other than yours truly, rescued from the pedestrian eye of its previous owners. And, in return for your undying support, I will teach you to Create with a capital C in the first-ever art class from beyond the grave.”
Delia is kind enough to offer her former home filled with many of her great works, including a replica of the famous nine-fingered sculpture. Any guest would be a fool not to tour a “lifetime’s worth of paintings and sculptures that would uplift even the grimmest of dispositions.” All having been tastefully displayed throughout the Deetz’s home. The artist even goes so far as to call it “ an extension of my NYC art exhibit, “The Human Canvas.””
And while she didn’t take her renovation skills into the attic. She does concede that the former owners’ model of Winter River is “rather impressive.”

Delia’s Class
As for the art lesson, Delia’s “assistant will be present to facilitate, but it is I who will inspire the exploitation of your darkest terrors for the sake of creation!” They will “guide your group in unleashing your collective fears via paintbrush on black canvas.” Guests can let Delia’s genius illuminate each stroke as they craft a communal masterpiece.
Once you and your group have undoubtedly created a masterpiece, you will then be tasked with destroying it. So each person can take home a small piece of it.

However, due to some recent “spiritual difficulties,” all in attendance will be shooed away before dark. While you can’t spend the night, there are lodgings nearby.
Booking requests for Delia’s home are now open through November 4 at 11:59 PM (PT). You can see the full listing here. And, if you haven’t picked up the 4K steel book of “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” yet, you can do that on Amazon now.
