It seems like just yesterday “The Walking Dead” first premiered on AMC. Back on Halloween of 2010, the series, based on the long-running graphic novels from Robert Kirkman, introduced Andrew LincolnĀ as lawman Rick Grimes. And the world of zombies was never the same.
Later in the show’s 11 season run, the character of Michonne (played by the great andĀ Danai Gurira) was introduced. If you know your TWD lore, you know how she and Rick became one of the favorite couples from genre television.

First announced back at San Diego Comic-Con 2022, a spinoff centering on Rick and Michonne in the time after their characters left the main series was announced. A title wasn’t revealed until April of 2023, but we finally have our first trailer for “The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live.”
Logline:
The Walking Dead: The Ones Who LiveĀ presents an epic love story of two characters changed by a changed world. Kept apart by distance. By an unstoppable power. By the ghosts of who they were.
