Legendary creature performer Doug Jones (“Star Trek: Discovery,” “Hocus Pocus”), Bai Ling (“The Crow”), and Alexis Knapp (“Pitch Perfect”) have joined the cast of Spyder Dobrofsky‘s (“Teardrop“) upcoming film “Down Below.” They will be starring alongside Academy Award nominee Eric Roberts (“The Expendables”), who was previously announced.
“Down Below” centers around a young sheriff and a criminal suspect. The pair find their lives hopelessly intertwined when they both become haunted by a sinister force on Christmas Eve.
In this psychological horror film Roberts will play an intelligent police psychologist, who’s having a tough time with a patient, a cop recently suspended for an act of violence on a civilian. There is no word yet on who Jones, Ling, and Knapp will be portraying.
