Writer/actor/comedian Seth Rogen is offering a high-ly Los Angeles creative getaway on Airbnb to promote his company, Houseplant. He’ll even be there for part of the night, and this once-in-a-lifetime rental will only cost $42! The catch is this space will only be available for three one-night stays, February 15th-17th. So you’ll have to be extremely lucky to snag a reservation.

Houseplant is a cannabis company Rogen co-founded with businessman Michael Mohr and screenwriter Evan Goldberg. The group strives to create cannabis accessories that users don’t feel the need to hide. These accessories often utilize Rogan’s pot…tery skills.

This mid-century modern home will come stocked with some of Houseplants’ favorite records including a pre-release copy of their new Vinyl Box Set Vol 2. The music is curated by Rogan and Goldberg to match whatever mood everyone is in.

In addition to a cool place to spend the night and sweet jams, the renter will also spend time with Rogan himself. Possible activities include “getting glazed” with him in his pottery studio, where he is also a pretty good teacher. Or you all can take in the scenic view while you get some…”fresh air”. There will also be a fully stocked fridge that guests are encouraged to raid, which is worth $42 in itself.

All pot euphemism aside, the listing specifies that “No cannabis-based products will be made available or provided to guests during the stays.” Keep in mind, these stays are not a contest, and if you do secure a booking, you will be responsible for your own travel to and from Los Angeles. While the stays are to promote Houseplant, the home itself is privately owned and operated.

U.S. residents can request to book an overnight stay beginning February 7th at 10:00am (PST) here.

If Seth Rogen’s Houseplant is not available, find a similar place to stay while traveling with cozycozy hotel and Airbnb search.
