During tonight’s big game, AMC snuck in a first look at their upcoming “Interview with the Vampire” series. Included in a short “what’s coming” trailer, you’ll see a blink and you’ll miss it addition of the series based on the novels by the late great Anne Rice.
Mark Johnson executive produces, with Christopher Rice and the estate of the late Anne Rice also executive producing. Alan Taylor directs the first two episodes, and serves as an executive producer.
Jacob Anderson plays Louis Pointe Du Lac, Sam Reid plays Lestat de lioncourt. Bailey Bass is set to play Claudia.
No release date was included with the tease. We do know that Rice’s Mayfair Witches series is also being adapted by AMC. We’ll let you know what we hear about this and other news.
